We are proud to be the home of the original Surfer's Hostel in Playa Venao. This is the result of the restoration of the original 50-year-old farmhouse, which required vast amounts of patience and dedication. The time and love that has been put into the lodge can be felt the minute you enter it, and is often commented on by guests.
The Lodge's friendly housekeeper keeps the shared bathrooms and showers impeccably clean at all times. When staying at the hostel you'll also have access to the fully equipped shared kitchen. Even though the hostel area is shared and the bedrooms are next to each other, this tends to be a quiet place.
We do not take reservations for dorm beds and allocate them on a first-come, first-served basis — but email us before you arrive and we'll try to save a bed for you. The private rooms can be reserved. Please note that pets are not allowed in the hostel areas.
